ON APRIL 29, 2005 by order of
the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands (Ag Chief Justice Henderson
presiding) Messrs. Kenneth Krys and Christopher Stride, Partners
of RSM Cayman Islands, were appointed as Joint Provisional Liquidators
(“JPLs”) of SEGOES Services Ltd. (formerly known as
SEGOES Securities Ltd.) (the “Company”) with the power
to locate, protect, secure, and take into their possession and control
assets, books, papers, and records of the Company.
FURTHER, ON MAY 20, 2005 by order of the Grand Court of the Cayman
Islands (Madame Justice Levers presiding) Messrs. Krys and Stride
were appointed as Joint Official Liquidators (“JOLs”)
of the Company.
FURTHER, ON August 23, 2010 Mr. Stride resigned as JOL of the Company pursuant to O.5, r.4(4) of the Companies Winding Up Rules and Mr. Krys remained the sole liquidator.
The purpose of this website is to provide investors and creditors
of the Company and other interested parties with copies of press
releases and other relevant information pertaining to the official
liquidation of the Company. Copies of the Orders by the Grand
